Thanks for all the tips. Ive been snooping on your web site. I started hcg drops 25 days ago and lost 14 lbs thus far. Started at 171 lbs. I had a long stall of 8 days with period and a cheat. Will a veggie burger with some soy in it stall you? Is this that sensitive even when you are eating 500 calories? An apple day broke it and i was down 1.9 yes! I will be 50 in June so i have’nt been thin my whole life even before my four kids. I was always 140 to 155 lbs. I’m 5′ 2″.Would love to be 130 lbs. do you think this is possible? Could i do it before i hit 50.

Well thank you for “snooping” I think the soy was probably the culprit, but that is just my opinion. Great job on breaking the stall – yay!. I think as long as you are using the right HCG – getting rid of all the abnormal fat your body has stored is POSSIBLE! The only thing that might happen is your body will try to stay at a past “set point” longer than you would like. But once you persevere past that there will be no stopping you! =)

I didn’t realize you can use coco on P2. Can you tell me specifically what kind I need to get. I’m not a cook so I need specifics. Is this in the section by the flour and sugar in the grocery store? You’re recipe looks so yummy so I want to give it a try. Thanks for sharing.

      Hi Jennifer,
      Thank you for commenting!
Yes the cocoa is located on the bake isle. Just so you know some HCGers on P2 do really well adding a little chocolate delight to their program. But others have a hard time with it. I never had it while on P2 and would recommend that you try just a small bit and journal when you have it and how the scale reacts the next day so you will know if this will work for you or not.

I use the English Toffee Stevia and I like to add salt to mine and have salted Chocolate yum! You can do sea salt or coarse sea salt…give it a try

I am really frustrated. I am in P2 and tried the chocolate delight for the first time. I did put some mac nuts in for the taste. I woke up this morning with a 1.5# gain… What??????? Is that from the chocolate delight. Because I didn’t go anything wrong!! Any ideas? I was gonna do the mac. fat fast. but I wonder if it will work for me, seeems if I do ANYTHING It goes against me.
    Thanks for your thoughts

      Hi Cheryl,
I posted the recipe because people ask for it but I always say that there seems to be no “in between” with this. Either people like it and get releases or they stall or gain.
When on P2 I think it is best to stay clear of it. Even when I tried it was when I started my very 1st P3 which I did all wrong because I reintroduced too many different foods too soon.Even when I did try it my husband LOVED it and I could leave it. haven’t had it since.
But Like I said I have it posted on the blog because there are so many who ask for it.

  • Lily Hennes says:

Hi! I’ve been doing a lot of research on this chocolate delight, and your recipe looked the most delicious. I was wondering if coconut milk was acceptable to use during P2?

    • colleen says:

      Hi Lily,
Coconut milk isn’t but technically chocolate delight is not original protocol either. The thing about chocolate delight is I have seen it go both ways with HCGers. Some like it because and say they get better releases BUT there are others that say it causes them to stall. So I always say to proceed with caution and journal when you have it so you will be able to look back and know if it works for your system or not.
As far as the recipe credit must go to my HCG buddy Shannon Blogs, she is great with HCG recipes and gave me permission to share the recipe on my blog.
