      Hi,
I always did injections (I’m old school). I have a friend that just explained on the HCG facebook page that she got RX drops that she really loves. I will ask her for the order info and send it to your email.

Thank you for commenting on my blog.

            Hi Colleen!

Just wanted you to know that I received my order from reliable and am officially finished with the “clinic” – thanks to your guidance.

I mixed it per your instructions and tested it with a cheap dollar store pregnancy test – and it came back positive in record time! Just wanted to share that in case anyone is apprehensive about ordering from them.

Thanks for the referral – the company is legitimate and customer service was great!

I’m down 20 lbs. in a little over three weeks – and want you to know that the information that you’ve shared is invaluable and GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

            Thanks for everything you do!

            Terri

How long does it usually take for you to receive the product with ReliableRx and Pharmacy Escrow? I placed my first order with ADC and am anxiously awaiting its arrival!

    • colleen says:

      Hi Lexi,
It is a tough one to estimate because it depends on how backed up customs is. Since you ordered from ADC the last order I placed was quite awhile ago but was from them and I remember thinking the order come pretty quick considering past experience.
      I hope that helps,

    Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that PharmacyEscrow is out of business.
But I have had a good experience with http://www.AllDayChemist.com,
    excellent prices and quick shipping.
Also HCGSupplies.com is the place to get all of your kit, needles, etc…

    Good Luck,

    Susan

    • colleen says:

      Hi Susan,
Sorry, I thought I already corrected the links on my blog to reflect the change.
I assume since All Day and Pharmacy Escrow are actually the same company they decided to just stick with one name and decided on All day.
Actually the source I like best is http://reliableRXpharmacy.com but all day is fine too πŸ˜‰

I was wondering if you could tell me about the HCG SOLUTION MIN TABS, IVE BEEN TAKING THAT FOR A WEEK NOW AND IVE BEEN HUNGRY AS EVER, I THOUGHT I HAD TO DOUBLE UP THE CALORIES (FROM 500-100O) because i workout wwwwayyyyy more than 15 minuets a day, i am going to start off fresh tomorrow skipping Phase one because that lasted for a week lolz) and strictly stay on the 500 calorie diet, hopefully i survive….i am too scared to take the shots or even the drops…could you help me look up some more information about the pills

    • colleen says:

All I could come up with was that it is a product just trying to pass itself off as HCG πŸ™
Plus you are hungry and with real HCG it may take a few days to get the proper HCG levels in your system so the hunger goes away. But if you have been suffering though that is another sign that you are simply starving!
Have you read the original manuscript “Pounds & inches”?
You can download the pdf from my blog.
Once you read the protocol it really opens your eyes to the doctors findings and why it works so well.I hate reading but I have read this manuscript over and over again.
Also watch the youtube vlogs of people just like me(not a company) listen to their journey and you will see so many people that are getting results that never thought was possible before.

  • Celest says:

OMG !! thank you for all your information. i been going crazy looking for a new place to purchase my HCG from. i have purchased from PharmacyEscrow in the past and never had a problem with them but now they are out of business and it caught me by surprise i am due to start Round 3 in January. So which is a place you personally recommend? I previously used Lupi-HCG HP 5000 I.U but i cant find it anywhere anymore but i am want to try another brand. Which one would you recommend? THANK YOU for your page you have a very informative and motivating page n vlog. πŸ™‚

    • colleen says:

      Hi,

The very 1st time I ordered was with pharmacy escrow too. Later I found out they were owned by All day Chemist so I think they decided to just blend the 2. I prefer http://reliableRXpharmacy.com for the pricing and well, reliability. Other brands of HCG I have used is Hucog and Corian, both worked just fine. The link to reliable is here on my blog. Order quick because I’m sure many will be ordering for new year resolutions and the shipments might start getting bogged down in customs.
have a very healthy and happy new year!

    Hi Colleen,

Thank you for providing all of this information. It’s really helpful to ones like myself that are debating on jumping on the HCG bandwagon πŸ˜›

I just wanted to know if you did the HCG plan with a doctor the first time around or if you just purchased the injections/drops online and did the plan yourself? I went and saw a Naturopath doctor yesterday and she was charging $800 for the program where I would do weekly check-ins, weekly B12 shots, etc… Obviously I think it’s better to do any kind of plan with a doctor but if for this program you don’t NEED to, I’d rather save myself the time of weekly check ins and the $800 πŸ™‚

    Thanks again!

    • colleen says:

      Great question!
Before I knew she was doing it I had a friend that went to a clinic. Once I knew that’s what she was doing I emailed back and forth with her and she said I helped her with so much more info and understanding than the clinic ever did. Everyone that worked at the clinic had never done HCG themselves. She said the doctor was quite heavy himself.
I did not go to a clinic. In the past I had to inject myself with medicine so that part I knew was easy. The only other thing I did for my 1st round was to buy my supplies from someone who had a website that I had watched her vlog on you tube. Once I had the supplies when it came time to get more I knew what I needed and could get the supplies on amazon etc.
I understand that many would feel more comfortable with a doctor but I have an issue with places that are only jumping on the bandwagon because they have dollar signs in their eyes.

  • CRISTINA says:

What an inspiration you are!!!! Please help, I don’t know where to start, where do I buy the plan? I just read where to buy the injections, but how do i find someone to give me the shots or you do it yourself? I am lost here, please help. Is there a website that I dhould go? Please help me Colleen, Thank you Blessings

    • colleen says:

      Hi Cristina,
I always did the injections and giving myself the shot was easy. The rest of the supplies can be gotten either individually or buy a ‘kit”. I got a kit when I 1st started then could get all the stuff myself because I knew what it all was. The kit I got was from Amanda her website is HCGbasics.com. You can read the protocol manuscript “Pound & Inches” by downloading the pdf from my website here. Also watch a few you tube vlogs. That is what I did before my order came so I could learn as much as possible before starting.
      Keep me posted!

I have been so successful on HCG lost almost 45 pounds went down two sizes!! the other day was surfing the net and see everywhere that the FDA is banning the diet and products making it illegal!! saying it is unsafe, now I have issues with the FDA knowing what they have passed and how many people or products have died due to their ineffectiveness, but this is going to make life so much harder, the people that have been negative about this will have a hay day with this!! and I will never hear the end of it!! I seriously, have stopped telling people or I am hesitant due to the negative feeback I get. Have you heard any of this up where you are? what do you say to this you are my inspiration and have been on it the longest. I am going to continue this in a month again I have another 15 pounds to lose!! I feel great, I look great!! and I have so many compliments from so many people but I almost do not want to share my experiences due to fear of negativity. Oh and thanks for the Mac Nut Fast it has broken my plateaus more than once!!

    thank you Blessings!!

As soon as I saw all the products hitting the shelves claiming to be HCG I thought “Oh-Oh”.
Of course if a person is on bogus (claiming to be) HCG a 500 calories diet is a bad idea.
I wouldn’t put it past the FDA, I have never been thrilled with the decision making they do.
I haven’t done a round in so long but I will go ahead and place an order and see what happens.
I have been toying with the idea that I would like to see if I can get the scale to read 119.
Why that number is a desire of mine I have no idea but I might as well be the lab rat that I am
      and see what happens. πŸ˜‰

    Hello,
I stumbled upon your youtube videos tonight while researching HCG. I have enjoyed them very much and they led me to your blog. I am researching it because I visited a wellness center recently advertising HCG weight loss of 1 lb per day or so. They are offering a product called “Releana”. Which is admistered orally thru drops and following the protocal plan. They advertise a 3 week program of 500 cal a day. My question is have you heard of this product and if so what are your thoughts of its effectivness compared to the ones im seeing that you can buy and mix yourself and inject or take orally, or the premixed one you can buy yourself and take orally. Just wondering if this product is worth my money,
They are offering a month for $375 right now which includes, lab work, 4- weekly visits, counseling, the releana, multi vitamins, and guidance through the program, plus tracking of weight and inches ect. If the product is realiable im thinking this may not be a bad deal for my first time around and then possibly buy my own stuff the next time and do it myself. Im thinking 2 rounds will be all I need anyways, just having about 25-35 lbs to lose.
Any advice would be appreciated. This is all a little over-welming at first but im learning!
    Thanks
    Courtney

    Colleen!

Thank you for the great information on your blog. My question is about ordering HCG injections and prescriptions. I am currently on R1, day 37. My weight loss is slow but steady. So, far I have lost 18 pounds. While I expected to have lost more there have been several stalls. I purchased my HCG and supplies on-line for 297.00 from a clinic in Florida. That included the prescription. I plan on starting a second round in May. There are all of thes wonderful sites with great HCG prices. How can I get a prescription and use the sites that have a better price. There are a lot of utube videos mentioning the access of cheaper HCG but not the prescription information. I went to reliableRX pharmacy and they will need a prescription. Is there a site where medical information can be entered on line, reviewed and a prescription given to order?

Thanks in advance. I really am hoping to make this diet more affordable.

    • colleen says:

      Hi Melody,

I have never needed to provide a prescription when ordering from Reliable, plus I like their prices the best. I think it is a “request” but you can by-pass it πŸ˜‰

The company I bought my hcg drops from is not selling them anymore and I’m not done with my first round..drops didn’t last as long as they said but I’m a newbie and didn’t know any better. Now I need to order more fast and am confused as to whether to do the premixed or unmixed…I did go on to ReliableRxpharmacy but am unsure how to order it. Mine was premixed, 4 drops 3 x per day and I upped it to 6 drops per day as I was hungry and figured I can fudge around with the dose a bit to see where it helps. That seemed to do the trick. I’ve also heard about the sublingual pills and would like your thoughts on those. I’d appreciate hearing from you soon so I can order my hcg quickly….lots of info and places to buy but I want a reputable source that others have had experience with. Thank you and I look foraward to hearing from you soon.

Hi I’ve done the HCG diet a few times and have had wonderful results. Now pharmacy escow is no longer in business and my order from the escrow refill website came but the hcg didn’t work. I don’t think it was real. My question is what do you order on alldaychemist. What is the actual product name or brand. I looked for Hucog and for Corian, but couldn’t find them. Can anyone tell me what I need to order.

    • colleen says:

      Hi Cortney
reliable is my favorite and before replying I went to the website and typed in “Hucog” and the product came right up but not Corian right now.

How long does 3 vials of Hucog last?

    • colleen says:

      Hi Heather,

      Sorry, just saw this question.
3 vials would last me 3 40 day rounds. πŸ™‚

      • Jackie says:

        Hi Colleen!

Wow, I have been reading information on your site and reveiwing some of your vlogs over the last year, and it almost feels like you are somewhat of a celebrity of the HCG world. LOL! Therefore, I cannot believe the time has come where I am finally going to communicate with you. You are truly an inspiration, and I really do appreciate the time and effort you have put forth in helping us all with our personal HCG journeys. I am in awe of you and the wealth of information you’ve gained since your own journey that began in 2010. I feel very fortunate to have found your site.

Anyhow, I just contacted Reliable Pharmacy, and I was chatting with them on-line. I happened to notice above the picture of the chat person that it read, “alldaychemist”. I then asked if they were the same company, and the response was that they are connected. I thought that was Interesting.

Anyhow, I am wanting to do couple of 40 days rounds. During our chat, Reliable Pharmacy said that 1 vial of Hucog 5,000 i.u. would last 28 days, and 1 vial of Hucog 10,000 i.u. would last 46 days. I guess I am confused! Just to confirm, if I were to order the 3 amps of the Hucog 5,000 i.u. that the site currently is listing (cost is $52 – with flat shipping rate of $19.90), than would the 3 amps last for (3) 40 day rounds? Also, is there a difference between amps and vials?

Lastly, I noticed the injections that you have done were subcutaneous vs. IM – (injecting HCG into the fatty layers vs. muscle) – correct? Was there a reason why you chose to do the one vs. the other? And, I also noticed that you inject in your behind vs. the abdomen. Is there a reason for that? Just curious.

        Thanks,
        Jackie

        • colleen says:

          Hi Jackie,

I always figured if I have to pay almost $20 whether i buy one or 3 vials I might as well get 3.
Whenever I purchased I always went with 5000iu and got 3 at a time and I mixed for 40 day rounds (one vial per round)I don’t know why the chat person said you needed a higher IU. All I know is what I did worked fine for me and I used that method because on youtube the people doing hcg at that time were using that amount and getting great results.
I thought about injecting in the muscle but was told you have to use a larger needle to do that method. I wouldn’t mind that or if it hurt more but figured I already had the smaller needles so why buy more supplies as long as what I’m doing was working.
I seemed to bruise more easily when I inject in my tummy but you can choose either area. I would suggest to switch sides each day.
amp/vial is same thing so no worries there. They usually call the container with the hcg a vial and the mix solution an amp because it is the glass type that you carefully break the top off of. I don’t use the solution that comes with the hcg, I get the bac water separate.
I hope this has clarified and not confused you more.

Please keep me updated on your success!
          Colleen =)

    Hi Coleen,

A few questions …. I have done the hcg diet before with a lot of failure. I am 255 and felt like I was constantly hungry. Would you suggest something that would supplement the hcg diet? I am at the point of seriously considering surgery and I want to try a last ditch effort so what should I do?

    THANKS Shay

    • colleen says:

      Hi,
I would need to know more about your history with the past HCG rounds. Unfortunately since there are so many products claiming to be hcg I would need to know what you used to understand why hunger was an issue. Usually on RX HCG and using the correct dosage hunger shouldn’t be an issue.
Please give me details so I can help.
      Colleen

      • Shaleka says:

Also would you suggest anyone on youtube that you looked at that was inpirational when you were doing the diet?

  • Heather says:

??? I’m confused on how to order from ReliableRX where do I enter my visa information? And how long does it take to ship?

    • colleen says:

      Hi heather,
I contacted Reliable and they said they were having a glitch with their online payment system but if you call 213.291.0788 they will be able to process the order. I called and left a message with them and they called back in less than 5 minutes. As far as how long to ship it really depends on customs. The order goes out quick but once in customs sometimes it slows down there but not always. My very first order seemed to take the longest to get but that could have been because I was anxious to get started. The last time I ordered I was surprised at how fast it came.

      Colleen πŸ™‚

  • Terri says:

    Hi Colleen!
After watching all your videos and reading your blog – I feel like I know you. What an inspiration you are – especially for those of us just getting started.

I’m currently going to a “clinic” and with your help – plan on ordering from reliable and amazon and doing this myself. Although I’m having success at the “clinic” (lost 10 lbs. the first week) – they really do push the appetite suppressants and other unnecessary products. I’ll have to continue to go until I get my HCG delivery – but with your guidance – I know that I can do this on my own and save ALOT of money.

My question is – do you change your dose based on your weight or how your hunger is? What dose did you start with and did you continue the same dosage throughout all of your phases? Also – did you inject 6 days and skip one as outlined in the original protocol? I’m currently on 125 – five days a week – skip two – and feel kinda hungry.

Thanks again for all your time and effort – it’s appreciated more than you know!

    P.S. You look fantastic!!!!

    • colleen says:

      Hi Terri,

You are so very sweet – thank you!
Congrats on such great results, you are doing awesome! If you are just one week into it sometimes it takes at least that for the hcg to get at a good level. I remember my first week. I was concerned that I was going to be the one oddball that hcg wouldn’t work the same on as the people I was watching on youtube. Then it was Friday late afternoon and I suddenly realized that I wasn’t hungry and I had forgot to eat the P2 food I brought for lunch. I thought, “Oh this is what they are talking about”?
I did dose at about the same. I would fill to just past the “20 and not get to the “25” . How is that for being scientific-LOL
One funny thing about the HCG dose. Once you find your “sweet spot” you can tell because hunger isn’t an issue. But here is the tricky part. Till you find the “sweet spot” if you don’t dose enough that could cause hunger but if you dose too much that could cause hunger. So if you at anytime decide to adjust do it ever so slightly till “bing” you find the spot! I stayed consistent pretty much, only backed off near the end but ever so slightly. During my rounds I would only skip a dose one day and of course when TOM arrived.

      Keep me updated!

    Hi Colleen,

I’m thinking of getting started with hcg diet and to reclaim my life. For the past couple of days, I have been trying to read up as much as possible on hcg. I have seen quite a few vlogs on youtube. I have also gone through your blog and must say that you are an inspiration to many. Could you please help me with few basic ques – I was wondering how many rounds would be required for losing abt 70 pounds? also, how do I space out these multiple rounds? I am 30 yrs and desperate to lose weight. I have tried everything short of bariatric surgery ( I am embarrassed to admit that I even went through liposuction in an attempt to get rid of my extra pounds). everytime i have been disappointed. I want to give hcg an honest attempt. Thanks in advance for all your help. πŸ™‚

    • colleen says:

      Hi Swati,

Have you read pounds & inches? I have a link to a free pdf copy on my blog. That is an absolute must before starting the protocol. Reading the manuscript will answer your questions about time between rounds, what kind of fat the protocol targets, and why it works so well. Once you get a foundation of the research and do your first round you will believe that success can be yours. Then after your first round you can decide if you will stay “POP” (perfect on Protocol) or use a variation. I did interruptions or what is also known as cycling. I chose this route because I am terrible about being patient with myself. So don’t focus on that when you haven’t even dipped your toe in the water with your first round yet.
I feel that doing your first round following the original plan is the only way to go if you truly want to succeed at this. I also want to add that I highly respect the HCGers that kept with the original proper phase 3 breaks.
To plan for rounds – I always ordered 3 vials at a time to save on shipping cost when I purchased HCG. I always did 40 day rounds and since I don’t know if you want to do long or short rounds it is hard for me to say how many. But based on what you told me you have a lot going in your favor and I am excited for you! I thought I knew how much I wanted to lose and ended up losing far beyond my original goal and got where I never thought I could.

  • Lexie says:

Hi I just saw your video and have to say you look amazing! I look now like you did! And I would kill (maybe not literally haha) to look like you do now!. I am a mother of an 8 month old and by the end of my pregnancy had only gained a total of 8 lbs..and my little girl weighed 8 lbs! After pregnancy I lost 33 lbs just from breastfeeding and my post-partum depression also kept me from eating. Once I stopped BF-ing and got my depression under control I gained all that freaking weight back of course and am now back at 250 which is where I was at the end of my pregnancy. I feel like when pregnant I was never hungry until the very last weeks but thats when your pregnancy HCG levels drop off anyway. I think and hope that HCG will definitely work for me but I see so many testimonials talking about the horrible things that it does to you. Did you have any side effects and how did you know it was ok to go on? Did you have a Drs supervision? Im also very nervous about the lose skin issue since I have been overweight and also had a C-Section so I have the dreaded C-Section overhang. Are there ways to avoid major skin issues?

    • colleen says:

      Hi Lexie,

Sorry it took a bit to reply.
I bet your little baby is simply beautiful!
Guess what? You inspired me to do a blog post based on your questions and concerns. Look at that post for answers to side effects. Just think how many people you are now going to help because you reached out and asked! And since it was kind of two different subjects I will post my thought on clinics and the doctor question you asked tomorrow. I don’t know if you already do some exercise. But as long as you do what your body is already use to once you start the protocol you can keep doing it. For example light arm weights and or walking. Even if it is walking your baby in the stroller and all the times you are lifting your little girl will help with muscle tone so the loose skin thing won’t be as scary as you think. Plus you are young so that is in your favor too!Get an inexpensive heart monitor that you can wear so when you walk you can make sure you stay in your target range.Keeping in the “Zone” helps optimize fat burning awhile retaining muscle.
I don’t know if you were put on anti depressants but those can sometimes cause weight gain or difficulty losing. But if the medication has really helped your quality of life so you don’t feel like you are burdened with dread I would think staying on your meds while on protocol will be fine. between this reply and the 2 posts I think I covered your questions. Let me know if I missed anything.

Hi, thanks so much! I will definitely be getting the MSM to help with the skin and hope that doing my billions of loads of laundry and going up and down the stairs to do so will help too. I was on zoloft longterm and xanax short term and they caused weight gain mainly because as I got better my appetite came back. Im not an emotional eater, well not in the sense that most people mean, I dont eat when sad or stressed or angry, I eat when Im happy, and Im happy most of the time. Once the anti depressants kicked in I started eating again and had also stopped breastfeeding so I gained all my weight lost after B back again in the past 8 months, so about 30lbs in 8 month! Im going to be going to my OB/GYN on tuesday of next week to have an overall check up done and have a blood panel done as well as discuss my PCOS and how this diet will help that. Im hoping to get them on board to maybe prescribe HCG to be or atleast be willing to support me and have me come in again at the end of the diet and have my panels done again and my ovaries checked too. I have also set up a blog/journey website as well and plan on kicking that off with that first appointment. If they prescribe it to me I wont have to wait but if I have to get it online everyone is saying about 4 weeks or so for customs now so I wont get to start until September. Hubby has also agreed to start TTC-ing for #2 again once B turns one at the end of October so I would love to lose weight before we start that rough journey again.

Thanks again for being soo helpful, people like you are the main reason I am willing to do this diet, I know from your blogs and mamaclocks vlog that it really does work and you can keep it off! Makes me so much more comfortable with going through this and gives me something to look forward to and hope that it will work for me.

    Hi Colleen,

I was on a “diet center” sublingual HCG and lost weight however, this program was very expensive. I want to restart and try the injections this time and have been searching for a more cost/effective and “safe” HCG program. 2 questions for you: (1) do you have any recommendations for how to get a prescription for HCG from a doctor that I can get filled at a pharmacy in the USA? (2) If I don’t get a prescription, how do I know that the HCG ordered from ReliableRX is safe? I want to save $$ but I don’t want to be pennywise and pound foolish — please advise, must do some serious weight loss. Thanks.

    • colleen says:

      Twana,

I don’t know how you would be able to get a prescription in the USA. I think that is why the clinics are as spendy as they are. But I can tell you that the reason I have the link to the ReliableRX website on my blog is because I have purchased from them several times. Every time the order has been great and in the past when I have had to ask a question for someone they have been helpful.I had even mixed a batch then froze it instead of starting a round. When I used a pregnancy test to be sure it was still good and the test showed positive right away. I would say from what I have noticed the price spike has been with the darn mixing water. Though the websites are saying there is a shortage I think companies just figure they can profit from the demand.I will tell though real HCG is like a heat seeking missile on stubborn fat!

I am looking for HUCOG — do you know where I can find it? That is it legit

      Hi Tammy,
When Hucog isn’t available I have also used Corion and Novarel. as long as the ingredient is Human Chorionic Gonadotropin and you order the i.u. strength you are use to you will be good.

Looking to buy HCG creme who can recommend a website with reliable products? I have used the drops and thought they were not nearly as helpful

      Hi Jane,

Sorry but quite honestly I would be concerned a creme claiming to have HCG would not do what you need it to do properly. When you follow protocol the HCG really must be RX HCG so you will truly lose the abnormal fat. Have you read “Pounds & Inches” so you understand the research etc.?

I just found & am binging on your site.. Thank you, thank you for being there. I did HCG drops last year & lost 28lbs. I am ready to do it again but the person I was referred to by a friend is no longer selling the drops.
Do you know where I can purchase the drops? Hers came in a vial & included sterile water to mix it with. All of the sites I checked from your comments have injectibils & I’m not ready to go there, lol..
Hopefully you can email me a response ASAP.. Whoohoo, I’m ready to get started again..
    Thanks, Lesley

      Hi Lesley,
I don’t believe the OTC drops that were being sold hot and heavy awhile back were really HCG. The drops you bought could maybe have been someone putting together there version of sub-lingual. The sub-lingual is the RX HCG. When I first started HCG it was momaclok on you tube that used that method and explained a lot about it. Sub-lingual is the only other method besides injecting that I feel is really using HCG so you lose the fat the way DR. S intended us to. Not starving, just really losing the abnormal fat. Sorry I can’t explain more detail on how to mix for sub-lingual. All I know is when doing sub-lingual you do still buy the RX HCG then mix it yourself. Please keep me updated on what method you do and maybe help me help others by sharing what the mixology of the sub-lingual is if you go that route.
      Best,
      Colleen
