HCG Sublingual FAQ

When deciding to do this website my intent is to help HCGers with their journey. Covering everything from my experiences, where to get supplies that are affordable and other tricks and tips that I have discovered or have found out about. I want to share and help so others can experience success and the health benefits that I did.
From the beginning I choose injection but one of my original mentors that I discovered on http://www.youtube.com was mamaclok (Channel name).
She did sub-lingual and is a great person and resource for those who choose sub-lingual. Back when I was first getting started she put out a vlog that answers all the FAQ’s for sub-lingual. This vlog was done quite sometime ago so the link for supplies that is on her channel is no longer valid. But her information is helpful no matter how old the vlog.

Started HCG sublingual first of Sept. lost 59 pounds the first 40 days. Started the maintenance phase and didn’t do a good job following protocol. After about 3-4 weeks got back on the drops. It was easier for me to follow the simple diet than to plan meals along the lines of the maintenance plan. When I started back, I lost weight for a while and then plateaued. I decided to increase the drops but that didn’t work. I stopped the drops and ate better than the first time but still not following the maintenance regimen. Toward the end of about a 5 week non-HCG period I decided to restart hoping maybe if I had developed some kind of resistance I would have gotten my system clear of it. It worked and I lost 20 pounds quickly. The only problem was I lost 20 pounds I had regained over the 5 weeks spent off HCG. I am stuck again and have been hanging around the same weight for almost 2 weeks. I have been very careful to stay on the diet throughout the time I use HCG. I’m taking 10 drops under the tongue 15 minutes before eating. I eat around noon and again around 5-7 PM depending on when I get in the house.
Obviously, I haven’t followed the maintenance phase at all and have not stayed off the drops a full recommended maintenance time period. What should I do? I don’t eat beef at all and have only tried a steak day once. It didn’t seem to make a difference. I had thought about trying a week off HCG and getting back on. I feel like I need to restart the process but I don’t know where to start. I need advice to get me losing again. I’m at 275 down from 390 the first of Sept. 2010. I’m not gaining but not losing either. I have been on the drops about 30 days. My inclination is to go off, try to follow the maintenance plan strictly and then go back on the drops. Why have I stopped losing? Is a developed resistance?

      Hi Pat,

Karen who is the person I feature in the Sub-lingual post is the definite expert for sublingual, I have always done injections. But besides that you have brought up some very key points. I agree with you that if you have already been on for 30 days you should finish this round off and then do a solid maintenance. It sounds like you have yet to allow your body to stabilize properly which is why you are having this frustration. Look at the maintenance as part of the protocol so you will want to be more strict with yourself. When people call it a “break” that can lead to over indulgence. When on maintenance add foods back in very slowly. Especially when it comes to starches and sugars.Journal what you are adding in so you can tell what works and what doesn’t at this stage in the game. Increase your protein and enjoy a variety of veggies. I Love roasting (broiling) veggies with garlic and sea salt. I mix in a healthy oil like MCT or olive oil. For a complete meal I add in shrimp too – YUM!
I think once you get a good basic maintenance accomplished you will see the next round you do to be far more successful! You will be heading for “Onderland” Before you know it 🙂
