Maintaining After HCG Diet

Maintaining After HCG Diet

 Still At Goal!

Lost weight in 2010 it is now 2013

You can Do It Too!

I started my HCG Journey on January 17th, 2010. By May 2010 I was at goal.

It is now January 2013 and I have maintained my weight loss and enjoyed my new size since I hit my goal in 2010.

Of course like anyone at times there have been a bit of gain then loss but I never “outgrew” the clothes I was able to buy after I hit my goal in 2010. On any other diet plans, programs, experiences whatever you prefer to call it I would have had to put the “skinny clothes” to the back of the closet because I couldn’t get them on or zip them up anymore.

I have had “tight” days but always able to wear my goal size.

This year I want to really dig in and be able to help more people lose and then maintain like I have. I encourage you to watch me on you tube. Ask me questions after you watch my vlogs. Please friend me, subscribe, like, and help me help you by asking questions I can answer on my vlogs. My new goal is to do a lot more vlogs this year so I can help a lot more people!

Below is my getting reacquainted vlog from you tube.

What sort of meals/calories do you eat in maintenance? You look great.

    Hello Colleen,
Glad to see you back. It was you and your blogs that really convinced to do HCG. With a loss of 46lbs and a new lease on life I’m so grateful for your website. You look beautiful and have helped so many of us newbies. Would love to do another round to lose another 10 lbs or so. I will be checking in for the latest from Coleen. Missed you! you’re like an old friend I never met! Happy maintaining. Rene

    Hi Colleen,

If you mess up a round, and thus are not trying to stabilize, do you really have to wait 6 weeks between rounds? Many people have found they don’t experience “immunity” to hcg, even during long rounds. There is speculation that Dr. Simeons’ concerns about “immunity” to hcg were overblown and that this part of his research was not finished when he died. I’d really like to start again soon. Thanks for your help!

      Hi Mary,

When I did my first P3 it started out so badly that i just rolled right back into a P2 round and was fine.
On youtube you can look up that vlog where I explain. In many of my vlogs and here on my website I explain cycling/interruptions. The choice I made and the mindset i had to have so I could still get stabilized successfully even though I didn’t follow the standard P3 time frame.

Please Keep me posted on your success,
      Colleen

    Hi Colleen,

When you initially started the HCG protocol back in 2010 with the shots, did you take one day off per week? I did the HCG protocal with the shots through my doctor back in November of 2010. Because the solution was always fresh and we had to pick-up the pre-loaded shots every week, we did not have to skip one day per week and just kept going. Now that I am going to restart HCG on my own doing the shots, I am not really sure what to do. Guess I should read up on your explanations of cycling/interruptions as well. Also, did you use B12 and potassium at all during P2?

    Appreciate the help!
    Jackie

    Thanks Colleen-
I really appreciate your vlogs. I’ve done P2 twice and done great, but really messed up on P3 and end up right back where I started. Getting ready to start another P2, and this time, thanks to you, I am DETERMINED to do a near perfect P3 and set my weight where it needs to be forever. Please keep up the vlogs–they are not “all for naught”! As soon as I get my bacteriostatic H20 I’m starting and not giving up until I’ve tackled this one challenge that has plagued me most of my life. You will probably be hearing from me the closer I get to P3. I would like your added reinforcement of the “can do” attitude needed for this great endeavor!
    Thank you again~
    Liz

hey i was thinking more towards the drops rather than the injections, do you recomend a specific place to get “authentic” HCG drop?? Thanks!

    • colleen says:

      Hi –
I never did the drops but I do agree to do the drops right you need to be making the drops with RX HCG. Check out the “Old School” vlogs on You tube from channel name mamaclok. She lost her weight with doing the round sub-lingual.I don’t trust over the counter HCG products. I don’t believe that the product truly is HCG and for the protocol to work right and NOT be starvation you have to be on REAL RX HCG.
