Steak and Mug Cake Day
A trick I tried but didn’t get a chance to do it till I was done with P2 was the Mug Cake and Steak Day.
Many hcger’s have experimented with the later when on P2 and strangely enough experienced great releases even though it doesn’t seem to make sense. One thing I have learned when doing these release tricks is you need to be very strict on protocol or clean eating on the following days or the release will be short lived.
The How to:
Lunch: 100 grams of sirloin
Dinner: 100 grams of sirloin + Mac Mug Cake (recipe below)
Don’t forget to drink all of your water!
The recipe I preferred –
1/2 oz Mac nuts ( ground)
1 tbsp coco powder
2 pkt stevia
3 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp coconut oil melted
And 1 egg
Mix it together and cook for about 60 sec.
Another Variation –
1/2 oz. of macadamia nuts (or 6 whole nuts), ground into a flour consistency
1/2 Tbl. dark cocoa
1/2 Tbl. cocoa
1-1/2 Tbl. xylitol
2 packets of Splenda for coffee, vanilla flavor (in the coffee aisle)(optional)
3 Tbl. heavy cream
1 Tbl. coconut oil
1 capful of s/f flavored syrup, Davinci or Torani (optional)
Fat-free Reddy Whip (topping, optional)
In a coffee mug, combine ground mac nuts, cocoas, xylitol, and splenda. Add one egg and mix well with a fork. Add cream and syrup and stir. Last, add coconut oil. If it clumps, break it up with a fork.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Some people had to microwave up to 2 more minutes. Let cool for a few minutes.
Top with fat-free Reddy Whip or any whipped cream around 10 calories per serving.
FAGE -Full Fat Greek Yogurt Results
This is what you do –
Eat 32oz of Fage Full Fat Greek Yogurt with 8oz of berries
Divided into four meals that you eat throughout the day.
For chocolate lovers instead of berries add in unsweetened chocolate and stevia… tastes just like chocolate mouse!
FAGE full fat yogurt days work and work well and they are very easy to do if you like yogurt.
A nice alternative to other correction days for the hot summer months
This type of yogurt is thicker than regular yogurt almost cheesecake like.
The average correction seems to be 2 to 3 lbs.

Detoxing Before HCG Protocol
I know many people prefer to do a detox regimen before starting their HCG P2 Protocol. And during protocol a lot of people need some assistance with getting “regular”. As most of us know there are a few different teas that are made for this very reason. I first of about Chiro Klenz from a fellow HCGer who bought the tea from her Chiropractor.
As long as you realize that this tea will truly CLEAN you out, this is a great tea to use.

I really like my lemonade to be more tart than sweet so since I originally posted this alternative to Crystal Light I have tweaked the ingredients a bit.
Depending on whether you are on P2 or P3. either squeeze one lemon or two. Then add 2 or 4 full squirts (depending on whether you used 1 lemon or 2) of the stevia lemon drop extract. Then simply add water to taste preference. That’s it – Very Yummy!
In a Vlog I did I had to admit that though I know Crystal Light lemonade is filled with chemicals because I liked the taste I was still drinking it.
Besides the unhealthy ingredients It also slows my releases and even causes stalls yet I was still drinking it – no bueno!
Then a wonderful HCGer came to my rescue with great healthy alternative!

Here is the better version: juice one lemon, add 5 drops of liquid clear stevia, 6 drops Lemon Drop stevia, add ice and 3 cups water and throw in blender. This makes 2 decent sized P2 authorized lemon icees.

Benefits of MCT Oil
Medium-Chain Triglycerides (MCT) oils are a special class of fats that are digested and handled by the body in a different way than most fats. Most fats are long-chain triglycerides which are difficult to process, so the body prefers to store them in fat cells.

Mug full of water
For 2 drinks per day – Juice of half a lemon per drink
When on P2 – You are allowed the juice of one lemon per day
Cayenne Pepper (don’t use too much all at once)
Approx. the same as the contents of 2 cayenne capsules opened up and poured out
I prefer to use a cayenne pepper from the spice bottle and measure out approx 1/8 of a teaspoon.
Stevia to taste
Either use boiled water or zap in the micro to the temp you desire.
